Coopers Hawk Nest

We have discovered a Coopers Hawk nest outside of our house. It’s absolutely awesome to see this majestic bird and I think quite unusual. It is known to be one of the fastest birds in the world, flying up to 200 miles per hour! Has anyone had this bird nest at there property before? I am aware that they may attack to protect their babies, plus mate for life ! Chances are they will return to nest here again. And feedback would be appreciated.
